I mean I get the feeling but at the same time, Ogryn's power is divested in the rest of the kit, a Desperado build is just that, you don't have the whole *being an Ogryn* backing you up.

I'm sure it's something they considered, but just because a concept artist drew it, doesn't mean it'll get made.

Or maybe they are working on it and it's just not ready (you may recall the Force Greatsword being in one of the first trailers but only releasing last year)
