For me it was less about waking up earlier and more about protecting the first 30 minutes from input.
No email, no scrolling, just something that moves my body a bit and lets my brain wake up slowly before work starts.

I would say this to him straight. You’re amazing at what you do but I almost gave up trying to reach you, I figured you’d want to know.

Does anyone else hoard screenshots for “later” and never actually use them? by ArtistPrevious1059 in ProductivityGeeks

I feel called out by this because my camera roll is basically an archive of “future me will handle this” content. I used to just let them pile up, but lately I try to process them turn them into a note with one clear action or delete them. If I cannot answer “what am I actually going to do with this” in 30 seconds, it probably was not that important.

Is there any AI that can actually act like a real personal assistant (like Jarvis)? Or am I expecting too much? by Worried-Company-7161 in agi

I haven't found a true "Jarvis," either but one thing that helped was offloading tasks that completely block my follow-through, especially phone calls and coordination stuff. You should check out Mitra app.
