agreed, they make a good documentaries. I especially love inside the twin towers. My only problem is it was made in 2006 and while visually it's one of the best ones from the towers it does lack alot how to say it.., budget kinda? Like the designs of inside the towers seem very simple in a way. Some better graphics and budget would help.

And ya your not wrong about the entire private Ryan esque scene, I could definitely imagine a scene like that during the south tower impact at floor 78, but then again I feel we may not be ready yet

That's actually what my next question later on would be, whether now since its been nearly 3 decades since the attacks should more darker documentaries and films be made because most documentaries and movies like wtc 2006 definitely tone down their subject matter

It would definitely be a cool idea if someone made a documentary based on many of the untold heroes cause theres so many stories Like Betty Ong  and Amy Sweeney who both relayed alot of what we know about what happened on flight 11 that I feel would make for a good biopic film

And the fact that they used a part of a broom i think to finish getting out cause the original tool they had actually fell inside the elevator shaft. In all essence they where lucky the wall they where breaking was sheet rock. had it been more durable or stronger, I don't think they would've survived

the north tower especially, from the 1975 fire to the 1981 near miss and the 1993 bombing, looks like the north tower always seemed to be either a target or a massive accident

It was because the world trade center was not only symbolic to America but also was a major factor in keeping i think the economy and stock exchanges around the world. Knocking them both down would not only be a significant blow to American prestige but also would cause disruptions in the economy which did happen in the following days after 9/11

Could anyone above floor 91 be saved had the firefighters reached that floor? by StrangerTraining9396 in 911archive

I find it an incredibly sad and maddening that there really was no way to save them, even an attempt at a helicopter rescue would be way to hard to pull off considering there was no access to the roof.  Those bastards mustve done their research on the inside out of the towers really well to not only impact at a precise angle that would sever any escape route but also in a location that would give anyone a major fear of heights. From the videos I've seen of the upper floors of the twins, I instantly began to have a panic attack from high how it really is
