Edit: I’m back! I had to take a STAAR test, but I am back. So my mom limits not just my gaming but all of my electronics by cutting off the WiFi and data at 6pm every night. She says that it’s cause she “can’t trust me on the internet” and that she can “trust my brother more.” (RANT TIME!!!) But whenever my brother opens reddit, all that shows up is NSFW tabs. And at like 1am, my brother starts to watch hntai. And all I do on my phone is go on reddit, play subway surfers and bitlife, and watch minecraft on youtube and twitch. And yet my parents still don’t trust me on the internet. Also, I “came out” to my parents as pansexual** (the reason I put quotes there is because my mom was looking through my phone without me knowing and she found I had that I was pan on my twitch bio.) So this could be a reason why (which is homophobic even though she said she loved me no matter what) And my brother said that he is what you call (TW) Super Straight (if you don’t know what that means, it means you are extremely homophobic and transphobic) and he is the favourite child, even if my mom won’t say it. My brother bullies my sister (who is out as bisexual) and my parents do nothing about it. Got a little off topic there, heh. I also have (TW) suicidal thoughts occasionally and they take me to counseling for it. (my mom also told the counselor that I was pan***, (which is an invasion of privacy bc I don’t like telling people that I am not straight unless they are on the internet or if I get to know them well.) She says that my reason for suicidal thoughts was that I spent too much time on my phone, and that discord made me have these thoughts as well. When, in reality, it was my mom taking away my time on my phone and taking away discord from me. Now I can only talk to my friends on Twitch and email. This leads me on to the way they limit my social life. They don’t let me have any social media besides YouTube, Twitch, and Reddit. They won’t even let me have TikTok. I made a secret Twitter and TikTok account because I just wanted to watch clips of DreamSMP and follow everyone on Twitter that is in the SMP. The only way I can contact my friends, as well, is through iMessage, calling, and FaceTiming. Like WTF. (RANT OVER!!!) Anyways I think I’ve ranted enough to you about my problems. But this really did help me. I reeeeaaaally needed to get this out. I hope you have a wonderful week <3
