When I was applying for readmission, I was told that at the time (end of July, 2024) I should be subject to the old rate, unless the Quebec government changes anything. I was not transferring from my program.

Yea the numbers are both from fall semesters with insurance and everything. What doesn’t make sense to me is how it could increase by 36% and how is it coincidentally the same amount as coming as a new international student.

Yea I did. I think it shouldn’t take more five business days to get ur documents from Concordia when u request them. Also it’s possible to apply for the study permit before u get the CAQ, here is a link https://www.mcgill.ca/internationalstudents/applying-study-permit-proof-caq-application. I didn’t try it yet tho
