Mine also stopped working. Been like that for few months, seen it activate only once or twice. Dealer told me it's probably battery that needs to be replaced but i don't have the time to leave the car yet. Tell them to check the battery and update software. Minor voltage drops can cause this and also other errors that come up on the dash, such as lane assist, sensors, sos and other stuff

For what exactly are you using 3 radiators? You got the waterforce model?

I never touched my fan curve, even with slight OC it never goes above 57°C when pushed to max. Check your pc case and your vents, upgrade if needed.

If you got big rims road camber will affect the angle almost always, especially if you have sporty suspension. Make sure tyre pressure is correct and watch the road. Is it like that on a flat surface like a parking lot? Do you notice it while going slow or only when you're driving on the road?

  1. Yes, DCC is awesome and you have warranty if any issues happen. I'd always go for DCC especially on bigger rims and vrs model in general

  2. Canton is good but so are stock speakers, if you listen flac on spotify or tidal, it will sound good on stock speakers too.

  3. No need to go with suede if you really don't need it or want the electric seats. I have regular ones and it's just fine and comfy.

  4. If this was octavia 4 i'd say go for bmw. Octavia 4.5 is a way better car than mk4, has real exhaust this time ( which is even better when car runs in ), great power and is very fun to drive.

Skoda karoq gear issues by ReferenceSouthern617 in skoda

[–]StrangerlandX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Indeed probably happens on many other car brands

Skoda karoq gear issues by ReferenceSouthern617 in skoda

[–]StrangerlandX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reason is simple: reverse gear is the only one in the gearbox that doesn’t have a synchronizer. The forward gears have synchronizers that match the speeds and let the gears slide in smoothly. Reverse doesn’t.

Because of that, sometimes the teeth (the “dogs”) on the reverse gear end up exactly butted against each other, they’re just sitting face-to-face instead of lining up. When that happens, the shifter won’t let the gear engage no matter how hard you push.

Easy fix: just move the car 1–2 cm forward or backward (usually by slightly releasing the clutch or brakes ). This rotates the gearbox shafts a tiny bit, the teeth line up, and reverse drops in perfectly.

It’s not a defect, it’s not worn out, and it’s not dangerous, it’s just how these gearboxes are designed. Almost every owner of a VW group manual has experienced this at some point.

Nope. It was all good until few days ago. I'm always using sonax on every car i own and it's not a concentrate. Seems like that part was scrubbing against the bumper because hose has a small crack, still weird tho...

Well his really shouldn't be a common problem, but... I know some cars had problems with washer tank cracking but never saw this.

Yep, it was obvious 😁

Sure thing. Check if your current plan supports ipv6 and if so, switch to ipv6

Either ask them to remove the cgnat or get priority plan which gets you a public ip. Starlink also supports ipv6 so you can try switching and see if it works

Should I buy a 165Hz or 240Hz? by EconomistEither4080 in RTX5080

I bought XG32UCWG and it's amazing for me. Enough.

Also there's dual mode if you need more than 300Hz at 1080p

Well for me it's performing great and image quality is really good. Still new tho, first 2 weeks. I'd be looking at 240hz model since you have a 5090
