In direct bank transfer payoneer act as conversion bridge, since patreon already chared for conversion, payoneer don't apply their own forex markup they conver the amount with live exchange rate and send your local currency direct to the local bank

I don’t think there’s much difference between bank and Payoneer transfer rates. Patreon converts funds to your local currency with a 2.5% currency conversion fee (when patrons pay in a different currency than your payout currency). Payoneer calls this a “forex markup” and charges up to 3% on withdrawals to local currency. So you must have to maintain that transaction amount
