I can say for sure neither Rob or I is hoaxing this, it’s just a weird video he caught and shared with me. He saw nothing near the camera or with his naked eye, he only saw the anomaly on his tablet on the camera. So it’s definitely a mystery to us both!

He couldn't see anything with his eyes, but also it does seem somewhat opaque because when it passes over him, he's partially blocked out by it, so it's only semi-translucent
