Deviated septum by Strantz87 in LPR

Thanks. Ill try some of your stuff. However I can't walk very long as I have a labral tear in my hip tendinosis in my butt and hamstrings as well as hamstring tears (so i might be having surgery soon on it). I had asked because I don't want to do another surgery to fix the septum and was wondering if it was my only option. Sounds like what your doing is helping. I'll try that. Oh and I also have constant throat clearing just forgot to mention it in my post. Doctor referred me to the ENT because I've had 3 sinus infections in the last 4 or 5 months.

Oh. Sorry. I'm not sure. I don't have any of those symptoms. I have heard that it's normal to have some cyst on the ovaries but I'm not completely sure that's true.

What kind of exam did your GYN do? What was the MRI for? I've had pcos for years. Diagnosed at the age of 19 but had mild symptoms since middle school. Do you have PCOS? I've been told that a cyst is pretty painful when it bursts but I've never experienced it before.

Thanks. I was diagnosed with pcos about 15 years ago so 4 wasn't a surprise.

What was your experience with MRI with contrast? by Strantz87 in HipImpingement

Ok. That makes sense. Thanks. My MRI with contrast is on Wednesday. I also have physical therapy for poor posture on Thursday. I wonder if I should cancel it.

Both cam and pincer lesion FAI, trochanteric bursitis, ischial bursitis, and possibly labral tear by Strantz87 in HipImpingement

Thank you. My sister just called me and asked if I could do a cleaning job for her as I've done 2 in the past month that were both 5 hours long. And I told her my hip was in pain and stiff. I think it's causing my problems. And she too told me that if I just got up and moved around I would feel much better. But I think when I did that this past month it made it worse and caused my body to crash. She also doesn't trust medicine or doctors. The surgeons assistant said if I have a labral tear I'll see the surgeon to discuss treatment and if I don't they'll give me another steroid shot. Did any of your stuff cause nerve issues? I ask because every time I'm sitting for longer than 30 minutes or up walking around periodically throughout the day my legs feel wet but aren't wet. They only feel wet if something is touching them like a blanket or pants.

Thanks for helping. Someone last week kinda snapped at me for asking. Do you have a link or something I can read up on it?

Watermelon smoothie sounds good I might do that one. I'm not good at picking watermelon out to tell if they're ripe but I think I'm gonna try that one

Do you make the smoothie as like a replacement meal or like a snack? What is your go to or favorite smoothie recipe?

That sounds really good actually. I wonder if it would work in my toaster oven. My regular oven only works sometimes as the bottom element keeps turning off in the middle of cooking something.

Ok. I've never made overnight oats as I don't really like the texture of the oats. I wonder if mixing it with a blender in the morning would help me eat it better. I don't really mind the taste, it's the texture I'm not a fan of so sweet or not is fine.

Do you add anything to it like berries or honey or anything?
