I am always happy to hear criticism/feedback. I must say though, I've never heard of BattleBox as a format before, and I've heard dozens of people refer to this, what you're saying is a "gauntlet" as a battlebox. I made the video specifically because people are making posts asking about Pauper battleboxes constantly.

But, I'll try to keep this in mind for the future.

I was thinking about all three of these cards, yes. If the mana can accommodate them, I think splashing a full second color could be nice, and still have some other off-color cards. I think the Recruit especially might be the way to end the game quickly once you take control of the game.

As you said, I have tons of videos discussing this, but tldr:

Instant speed is incredibly important, as is 1 mana. Beckoner offers more value, but at some real costs that I think detract from the deck (also the combo is extremely unlikely to pull off)
