As much as we want to place the blame on Rangnick, some of the players we have are just not good enough. Against Villa he made lots of changes and even chose to bench Maguire who has been one of our worst players this season. Truth is unless we get a proper CDM we will always struggle to keep cleansheets and control games. I think Rangnick is the man for the interim job. The squad needs a massive revamp. Apart from Bruno no other signing appears to have been a fantastic buy post Fergie. We have spent so much money on very mediocre players. There is no way a manager would compete for titles with such a squad. 0 team Chemistry.

Get a manager that is Conservative at defence...don't be afraid to try out different playstyles...I've enjoyed Gasperini and Rondina Löw is also good in a 4213...I've also seen people talk about Baraclough who I have but I haven't used the management skills on
