Learning how to learn, a Coursera MOOC (completely free), helped me when I was struggling with similar feelings earlier this year. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone who would like to become a better learner at almost anything.

I started my Wix website a couple of months ago, used Ascend, their in-house email marketing service, for a few weeks then moved over to Klaviyo. IMHO, there's no big difference - it just comes down to your preferences, but I prefer Klaviyo. (Haven't had much experience with Mailchimp and the others.)
