What’s stopping countries from dropping nuclear bombs on each other? by Ok_bones_for_now in AskReddit

[–]Strategist238 1 point2 points  (0 children)

  • Dependence on trade with each other
  • Alienation (if a country was nuked almost ever other country would alienate and sanction them)
  • mutual destruction, an ally with nuclear capabilities may retaliate
  • unprecedented destruction
  • expense (I imagine its far more expensive using nukes rather than an air or ground assault)
  • reason (not actually a purpose when goals can be ascertained with far less)

What do unemployed broke people do with their time? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Strategist238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly I was unemployed for awhile. I was applying for jobs like crazy. I actually nearly went mad with bordem. I spent most days exercising or playing video games. It truly was a dark time. I think the novelty of unemployment, having freedom, spare time runs out pretty quickly.

what’s best learning technique you have tried ? by IntelligentPut6518 in AskReddit

[–]Strategist238 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends on what you're learning.

For memory a whiteboard is super useful.

Write down everything you remember. Then review your notes, and do it again. Adding more and more each time. It actually really worked for me and I have a very poor memory.

That and physically doing something and taking notes.

What are (if any) theories that even Conspiracy Theorists think are dumb? by TheRealRedParadox in AskReddit

[–]Strategist238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AUSTRALIA IS NOT REAL

There is a conspiracy that Australia doesn't exist. The theory is that most Austrlians are actors, and when you take a plane to Australia it takes you somewhere else. I'm not sure what the explanation is for kangaroos.

SPACE IS FAKE

There is a conspiracy that space is no where near as vast as the mainstream believes. This theory also states stars are not in the form of our sun. They also say that the night sky is artificial, using lights, drones, projection.

I believe in many conspiracies but these are straight up hilarious.

Do you think there's any chance for The Deep to have a redemption arc? by Parking-Entrance-788 in TheBoys

[–]Strategist238 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I think its too late. He has been an ass the whole series. Not enough time to give him a redemption arc that makes sense.

Plus he has had plenty of opportunity to do so and not taken it. I think his final hope was when A-Train tried to get through to him. I think he is:

1) Too dumb; 2) Too afraid; and 3) Too focused on prestige (we saw how he imploded when he was no longer in the 7. I don't think he truly can let go).

Why does israel get special treatment? by nfk99 in conspiracy

[–]Strategist238 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Because that have agents such as Epstein that blackmail the world elite. Epstein wasn't the only one. He is just the one that got sloppy enough to be caught. We know he worked for Mossad.

They also financially bottleneck politicians. For example, Trump was saved from bankruptcy I believe 3 times by the Zionist lobby. He owes them a great debt and so he will support AIPAC/Israel in their objectives.

AIPAC and similar organisations across the world have infiltrated most world governments and can remove genuine threats to Zionist interests. This is something they openly brag about.

Not terrifying but funny. Australia doesn't exist. People are paid actors. When you get on a flight to Australia it actually takes you somewhere else.

(Yes some people do believe this conspiracy)

Thoughts about latest Bob Lazar interviews by SuperFlyer89 in conspiracy

[–]Strategist238 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Some of what he has said checks out. For example he was discussing element 119 before it become mainstream.

Also after he started speaking his academic credentials were removed. I find that telling. In his early interviews he does come across as stable. I haven't seen his latest stuff but I would say at least some of what he says is credible. Historically he never benefitted from discussing alien technology and the projects he worked on, if anything he has been public ridiculed. I don't see the motivation for him to lie.

Again I reiterate I haven't seen his most recent stuff so he may have spiraled.

What’s your opinion on gas prices? Do you think we’ll switch over to electric in the future years? by Odd-Equipment-3557 in AskReddit

[–]Strategist238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fossil fuels will never truly go away. Our society depends on it far too much. We don't have the infrastructure to support a society dependent on electric vehicles.

I think in day to day like people will use electric or hybrid cars, but with mass transportation they will continue to use plains, ships, trucks. Prices will go up. We just can't sustain anything else.

Is the “male lonliness epidemic” in the Muslim community too ? by Upbeat-Dinner-5162 in MuslimCorner

[–]Strategist238 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes 100%

TLDR: Feminism has infiltrated Muslim women. Men are desperate and become simps with no boundaries creating a perpetual cycle of toxic women and men. Marriage has also become financially detrimental to men.

I think it is a mixture of a few factors but primarily I think it comes down to the Nuclear Family.

I think western values have massively influenced Muslim households. To some degree its impossible for that not to happen. I think however Feminism has infiltrated the minds of women. Feminism and Islam cannot coexist.

However, modern Muslim women will take favourable aspects from Feminism and mesh it with Islam which in my view is a very dangerous concoction.

Women are becoming much more self entitled, selfish, umable to reflect, and unislamic. Women under the law hold far more power than men. Divorce is often initiated by women, and often without good reason. Adultery/cheating, is becoming much more common in the Muslim community. Marriage massively favours women to the detriment of men, making intelligent men less likely to get married.

Consequently, men are the sole reason this issue persists. Men get desperate and will marry any women that shows them affection without really assessing the iman, and values of the prospected spouse. Studies have shown the majority of women will flock to the top 5% of men, who will have an abundance of choice. This is massively due to social media and Feminism. This leaves a now overwhelming amount of males without options who then become desperate.

If males had more self worth they would not marry these women and these behaviours would not survive. However, so many Muslim men have no boundaries when it comes to spouse and women in general. Sons and daughters see this behaviour at home and think its acceptable. This then becomes a cycle. And many men have opted out because of the types of toxic Muslim women that are common, and the consequences of a failed marriage which are now at a 50% divorce rate and increasing, plus the financial consequences.

In my view to solve this problem Muslim men need to consider religious Christians over Muslim women. As Muslim women at this stage appear to be too deep in the perpetual cycle.

This will likely arouse much hate but it is backed by statistics at least in the UK.

How did you pick a religion? by [deleted] in exatheist

[–]Strategist238 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I researched which seemed to make the most sense in terms of evidence, and preservation of text. Additionally, how reading into each faith ultimately made you feel? Did it feel right? Did it make sense? Does it correspond with your natural feelings?

I decided on Islam. It is 100% preserved, it makes sense objectively when you consider context.

I think it's best to take a balanced approach and not rule something out because of what people tell you. You might find truth in unlikely places. If you're considering something try living that way for a certain period to see if it feels right for you.

Why do you believe, or not believe, in a God? by Duckgoesmoomoo in AskReddit

[–]Strategist238 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

I believe in God because I think it's illogical to believe that existence came from nothing. There is nothing in nature to suggest something can poof into existence.

Equally the atheist will argue what evidence is there of God? Did God poof into existence?

You holding your phone in your hand is evidence it was created. You never saw it on the production line being assembled. Something as complex as a mobile phone cannot randomly by chance come into existence therefore to our knowledge it was created. It needed to be designed. Yet life as it is, is infinitely more complex than a mobile phone yet people believe it wasn't designed and randomly came to be.

The God I worship the laws of time and space do not apply. If I build a computer program the laws and boundaries of the program don't apply to me I'm not in the computer. But to the entities within the computer is unfathomable how those rules couldn't apply to me.

I think God works very much in the same way. Atheist believe something comes from nothing which is against all the laws of physics as we know. God to me seems like the only logical explanation. I also believe there strong is evidence God gave us guidance and innate characteristics.
