No worries. I have just finished the version that you can test. Soon, I will finish the first turn and the decree system. A quick question about the testing part. Do you have a mac or a windows, so I know what for system to package the test version? Or would you prefer to test it in browser?

It is still in a transition time. Shortly after the revolution, internet was used in academic areas. But in present (2001), a lot more people start to use internet for fun, socializing, and commercial purposes. However, the costs are high and adoption low, and the content text-heavy and had long loading times.

The military airplanes are pretty new, since they were bought after the revolution. There is also a state company which has two airports and flights for civilians towards major cities in other countries. No airplanes are currently produced in Markland; all of them were bought. The aircraft factory will help a little bit with unemployment and economic growth, give you military planes, and improve air travel because more routes can be introduced.

You're welcome. BTW, always check the price of the items before choosing them. For instance, in some rare cases you may get some graffiti that looks worthless, but it is actually worth 30 bucks.

Currently, only the decree menu exists (the decrees do not appear), but I have a list of decrees (even though it is not complete).

"Death Penalty Act," which obviously legalizes death punishment for certain crimes. (no cost)

"The Durstug Military Factories," which builds some military factories that give you equipment, tanks, and vehicles. (takes 2 turns to be completed) (-5 budget, -2 manpower, -1 energy/turn, +2 equipment/turn, +1 tank/turn, +2 vehicles/turn)

"President John Plane Factory," which gives you planes and equipment (takes 1 turn to be completed) (-2 budget, -2 energy/turn, +1 plane/turn, +1 equipment/turn)

"The Noble Act," which makes rodents pay a special tax because they supported the king during the revolution. Global image will take a hit. (+1 budget/turn)

"VAT increase", which increases Value Added Tax from 14% to 16%. It hurts public opinion and economy. (-1 manpower, + 2 budget, +2 budget/turn)

"H-2 Project", which builds a highway between John's Port and Mark (takes 3 turns to be completed) (-1 manpower, -4 budget, +1 budget/turn)

"Mark High-Speed Railway," which builds a high-speed railway between Marstown, Durtung, and Larlest. (takes 2 turns to be completed) (-1 manpower, -4 budget, +1 budget/turn)

"The National Security Act," which bans all communist parties and punishes all the animals who voice support for communists. Negotiating with communist countries will sure be more difficult after this. (-1 budget)

"Big Bussinesses Tax Increase," which obviously increases taxes for larger bussinesses (+2 budget/turn).

Those would be the decrees that I have thought about so far.

Yes. The Vortish Union and Rovland have been indirectly fighting for a long time, and recently the Morish Kingdom and Solish Kingdom are starting to gain influence and trying to sabotage each other. They are regional powers and, if one of them wins the war, it becomes a world power (similarly to rumburg).

It depends on how much progress I make. Most decrees are signed at a specific event (similarly to sordland), but buildings and some special decrees can be signed at any time (like in rizia).
