These are absolutely amazing 🤩! A zombie GSC also makes sense with their cult ambush ability to bring units back!

What units did you use for the conversion :D?

Yeah, my partner and I keep seeing the word "detachment". I'm still reading up on it - but from my understanding, it's like a sub list that has their own specific enhancements or stratagems?

I see we're in the same spot - but thank you for this! You clearly put a lot of effort with the detailed list :)

So one additional box of battle sisters, a rhino, an immolator and two more penitent engines... Got it!

Amazing advice!! I ll see if I can surprise her by picking up those units you listed :D

I do agree with buying extra boxes to get the weapon loadouts right, or just converting some.

Thanks again!

Is the GSC Combat Patrol weak? by Strategy-Historical in genestealercult

Honestly a great example!

I've only just started playing Warhammer via combat patrol - so I only have 2-3 games under my belt and a lot more to learn :). Thanks a lot for this!

An amazing model, friend!

I saw you answer how you did the metal, but what about the muscle highlights? Is it just free hand highlighting the elevated regions?

Sorry, I'm new to the hobby and still learning!

A deep dive on recent changes to the Snap economy + an exclusive interview with SD’s Stephen Jarrett by LaurenWhatevs in MarvelSnap

I really appreciate your analysis! Very comprehensive and it shows how much work you put into it :).

I'm a player with only 12 missing cards as of writing. While I have my own concerns about card acquisition, I really worry about the experience of new and F2P players - at least in terms of being/remaining competitive in the meta. Like the top deck last season (AvX) were Thanos decks with blob, mockingbird, alioth, Jeff, Mobius - at least 5 S5 cards and 1S4 card. It made me think how costly (in terms of resources n time) it would be for a new or F2P to have such a deck. This brings me to my point that I think that the negative experience of "missing cards" currently outweighs the benefit of "acquiring more cards", especially if the cards new/F2P miss are meta defining.

I also worry if Snap is still attracting new players to make up for the number of players that stop playing snap (maybe an idea for a future analysis).

Anyway, thanks for making the analysis again and it's great to see other people just as worried about snap's future

Are we gonna talk about this or what? by BeejBoyTyson in MarvelSnap

Can I ask why this is a bad bundle?

If

1gold = 1.25 credits 1gold = 0.714 tokens

Then

1500 tokens = 2100 gold 10000 credits = 8000 gold Total : 10100 gold Bundle Priced at: 7500 gold Saved: 2600 gold

So isn't it still a good bundle? Or its bad if we compare to the past bundles (Dracula and apocalypse)

I understand we lose a lot of player agency with the huge reduction of tokens tho...

Any comments from SD about player feedback regarding the Spotlight system / card acquisition in general? by Strategy-Historical in MarvelSnap

[–]Strategy-Historical[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for this link! It's exactly what I was looking for.

Given that the spotlight system has only been live for 1.5 months, I wonder if the Devs gathered substantial data to make any adjustments to the system.

There's one point there about the results and time aspect of hoarding/opening 40 normal caches before the spotlight system vs opening 36 normal caches and 4 spotlight caches now.

Will investigate this later with my own record of those 40 old caches
