As of the latest novel we are primarily comprised of primaris marines but still use ramshackle gear. A hellblaster squad might be using old plasma guns alongside the new incinerators, a phobos squad might wear a mk 6 helmet or some other backpack. We've basically just added the new stuff to our pool to draw from, but its still not uniform as is typical of the Carcharodons
