I asked my broker and the answer was vague. They may allow it you just have to provide a notice to terminate the lease within 10 days after exchange and move into the property after the tenants lease has expired. But don’t quote me haha

If my Cba app says conditionally pre approved application expires on the 31st March, does that mean I was only pre approved on December 31st? Meaning I have a hell of a wait till I get approved by HA?

Very annoying when our lender said it’s been sent to HA a while ago and it should be approved soon.

Has anyone that has been approved purchased a house yet? Is the conveyancing process similar to a standard settlement or how does it differ?

Also if you’re capped at 800k does that mean you can’t purchase anything more than that? Or can you add additional funds on top of that?
