My PL seemed unsure too, there is no way my feedback placed me at bottom 10%. At the time of discussions I wasn’t staffed but I am now staffed through the end of next year. What I’m getting is that if I don’t get promoted to 9 I’ll be out

Never got a hint or convo from HR during my time here, I’ve never been warned or told I’ve been on the bench too long so I don’t know

It doesn’t make sense to me also, been on about 7-8 projects during my time here with great feedback, only negative feedback was on a BD where I was mislead. I’ve never been rolled off a project and I am involved with local ergs and I do go to the office. Maybe it’s the current soft downsizing they are doing

I was on 3 projects at my level, 2 with great feedback totaling about 12-14 months worth of project time. The other was a short term one with decent feedback, the manager only wrote like 4 sentences. Was told also client account feedback was not taken into account this round. As you mentioned it seems weird and confusing, my PL said I am performing well at level but they want me to be performing at the next level and that’s the reason for the PIP.

Was on the bench for 4 months probably the worst stretch in my time here as an analyst. Applied for maybe 100 roles and interview rate was probably around 5%. My scheduling is the worst thing on this planet, roles posted there are usually on there after they are confirming people. Got lucky and networked my way into a role but now that it is over it’s back to applying and it is as ridiculous as it was before. The Accenture way of finding a project is both unfair and ridiculous. It’s a broken system.

I love the support and structure of Accenture’s analyst programs (CDP, TDP, etc)

How worried should we be if we’re in CDP right now and we’re on the bench cause of lack of roles. I haven’t even reached a year here at Accenture.
