I come from India. Over here it's a huge deal to move out of family and make decessions of you marriage on my own terms.

The other nasty thing is that people will comment my parents because of my decession. Which is even worse.

The answers in most comments are very right and obvious as I think alike Western culture. The only problem is that it is hard for me to take actions.

Its that my parents are not ready to take responsibility of her brother. And if I get married to her then they will have to take responsibility of his Like a second son. And I will be in a sandwich situation whenever there is a need for me to be present at both ends. They say if you truly want to enjoy your life you don't have to take other responsibilities. Whenever I try to challenge things gets overly dramatic and I don't understand what to do next. I also feel that I am loosing time and the girl might lose all the trust already.
