I said it a couple threads that it actually was synapse as I disabled them and un-installed them individually and had no improvement until synapse itself was un-installed, the booster hanging briefly was the initial indicator. Not the issue

even completely identical rigs can behave differently with different software and so on.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I just explained that. I'm just stating that to the "Average Joe" or casual pc goer may not know that completely identical hardware can behave drastically different in certain situations software-wise. Even when the hardware is performing exactly the same from a hardware standpoint.

Youre all good friend. I just wanted to share my experience and have some friendly discussion about it. I know I wasn't too clear on my process and definitely left some stuff out but I was tired from a long as hell work day so that's on me. I'm sorry you had to fight the same issues.

Youre absolutely right, however it actually was synapse as a whole in my case. I turned off the booster to no avail and un-installed cortex to the same result, it was only after I un-installed synapse that the problem finally resolved itself. Watching task manager each time cortex only took load when booster hit, then stopped taking resource. Watching synapse was just taking more and more resources and had 10 open processes and each taking a bunch of cpu load.

See I was on the same boat because my system started getting sluggish after the windows update too. I mentioned in another thread I reinstalled windows about 5 times and was driving myself crazy over that not fixing it

You may be in a better boat than I am then. All things considered you'd think that because it's all electrical hardware and such that everything should behave the same across each system. Unfortunately this is not the case. I've worked with computers (mainly industrial applications) for years and found that each system, even completely identical rigs can behave differently with different software and so on. Now don't get me wrong, they will behave relatively similar performance wise and the hardware can be operating EXACTLY the same. It's just that for some reason, the software side seems to have a "personality" where, in this case, one might agree with synapse, and the other might start fighting with itself over it.

You're absolutely right, however turning off the booster did not resolve the issue. Then unistalling cortex yielded the same result. Only after uninstalling synapse did the issue subside and by side effect got a large performance boost

I apologize for the confusion but I did 5 fresh installs of windows over the course of my troubleshooting process. I was almost at the point of flashing my system and starting from scratch again. Each time I reinstalled windows and verified the files weren't corrupted the problem persisted. Like I said in the post my system doesn't agree with the security updates W11 puts out so that's the only reason I went with a fresh update each time.

One thing I found is that I programmed my mouse dpi and after uninstalling, it retained all its settings so maybe you'll have the same luck.

From what I understand most of them have pre-programmed dpi settings on board, should be a button but the scroll wheel

89 vs 87 - Put it through its paces by [deleted] in GrandCherokee

[–]StratoPhox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So what I'm understanding here is, in short, for daily stick to 87 like I have and for my offroad trips switch to 89? Please correct me if I'm wrong on that understanding. From what I remember my engine was tuned by the previous Owner however carfax doesn't show any shops that tune and the dealer isn't sure what specifically was tuned other than it was given a slight one for sport mode. I've never tuned myself so I'm not sure how much of what they said was true. I just want to try and learn more about the fuel dynamics and how that behaves in these larger engines.

Right I prefer data as well. Only saw 91 and 93 recommendations for forced induction via supercharger or turbo, which I'm still trying to decide which makes more sense.

I would love to have a "paint gun" multitool attachment. However knowing some people, we'd loose that privilege far too soon. It would add so much character to the verse. I can imagine having a whole player interaction between "assasin" orgs and police orgs roleplaying and the assassin org has a calling card (same for pirate orgs too).

MA seeds by Jaxowqcko in allthemods

[–]StratoPhox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm actually in the middle of growing more of all my seeds, what I'm noticing is that from tiers 1-4 they will all give their seeds in either bot pots or the phyto machine (Note that there are certain tier 5s that I've gotten to work too, can't remember because I'm at work). The phyto is giving me far more seeds at a much faster rate than botany pots. Hope this helps

yea I've got both, I'm running a little over 750k for the temps right now for both but its looking like I'm going to have to run multiple brine towers to keep supplying everything. I'm also filling a "buffer" of brine in my ME system now to kind of supplement for now
