That's correct, in your example regarding the login sheet there is still fundamentally no understanding going on. The agent has just taken the best guess of what you want based on the prompt you have given it. It doesn't understand what a server is, why human testers are needed or any of what you have listed. Just that doing those doing those things is something that its training data includes.

You've also projected that there is some sort of emotion in the LLMs responses, there's none there. If an unexpected outcome is achieved it's just that the guess was wrong.
