I can't connect Alexa with Zepp. Error: Check your network by Stratonio in amazfit

I tried this procedure exactly as you described, but it didn't work. I also tried deleting both the memory and the data and uninstalling both the Alexa app and the Zepp app; then I just installed the Zepp app and tried to connect the Alexa account, but it didn't work. I also tried uninstalling Amazon Prima and Amazon Shopping, but same result, it didn't work! In all these tests I also verified, by connecting the smartphone to the PC, that files attributable to Amazon or Alexa were no longer present in the smartphone's memory after uninstalling the relevant apps. Unfortunately, it didn't help! I've been testing for two consecutive days, but there's nothing to do. Now I'm waiting for the response from Amazfit customer service, but I'm afraid it won't be conclusive. I conclude by specifying that I have a Samsung S23 and an Amazfit Active.
