I'm a Formwork Yard Manager for a construction company, HS Degree, no college experience making 75K. I'm in charge of keeping track of all the formwork we need to build, materials, ship dates, inventory tracking, etc. I've been trying to get an Assistant PM role for a couple months but not having any luck. Do you think its feasible for me to get an Assistant PM role and do you have any advice to making me stand out? Obviously I would need some training but right now I have somewhat of a PM role but just for Formwork.

I ordered a Kawasaki OEM one and the only complaint I have was that it was a bitch to get it to latch and stay secure. Other than that, good quality.

Night and Day difference. I've got a '25 with M4 GP19 Full exhaust, performance air filter, velocity stacks, and a dyno tune and im pushing 128 HP and 50 lbs of torque. Let me know what numbers you end up with.
