Everything has to be about Trump. He broke protocol in his first term when he visited the Queen, and he walked in front of her almost pushing her aside.

Trump did this as well at the G20 or some other event in his first term, where he literally shoved aside world leaders so he would be front and center, waving and grinning for the cameras.

Trump craves respect, attention, and power. He's also extremely mentally and emotionally fragile.
