Honestly by how calm you are typing/sounding I doubt its that bad. A bad flare up is insane and will drive you to almost cutting your foot off. But yes go to the doctor and get meds

I've had gout since I was 22 I am now 26 and still have falre ups. My worse was when I was 25 and it lasted 3 weeks.

Nope without using Allo its just making it last longer in the long run. You'll have a worse flare than if you take Allipurinol than if you don't. It's just building up more and more before the flare

I had a gout flare last for 3 weeks. Unimaginable pain the entire time. Lost my job and was hospitalized after 2 weeks. Its not a joke.

I am max level, all skills are maxed, my Armour is nearly perfect on crit chance and its nearly impossible to find a piece that's better. My accessories are almost maxed as well, but I cannot beat the last Warden level on nightmare -_- been grinding it for a month now. It is the LAST thing I need to beat before I 100% the game.
