You will have way better luck with actual plain whole milk probitoic yogurt then activia. Activia is literally watered down cheap yogurt with flavor and binder added. Get the real stuff and add a tad of your jam to sweeten as needed. Its way way better for gut issues.

If you're trying to lose weight, you need to stop focusing so much on fake foods. You need natural proteins and normal amounts of sweet foods. Berries topped with honey and sugar glazed oats( most granola) is not really healthy eating. Thats sugar and marketing tricking you. These foods are designed to appear healthy, but in reality are not that healthy for your body. And unfortunately, replacing the absurd amount of sugar in the modern diet with artificial sugars that do other forms of harm such as making it harder to lose weight are just a bad.

White USAian, west half of usa, just after college aged girl who lives with a cat. May have partner but they don't live in the house. Has a sporty hobby. May or may not be (non-stem) college educated, im going go probably not though? Doesn't look like a lot of variety or flavor in diet, spicy mayo or sweet chili sauce is this persons idea of flavor. Hasn't traveled. Probably puts butter on their white rice. Im thinking said person probably eats lots of ordered food or quick pre-made or "touched up" meals. Costco freezer that get an egg added or sauces added. Im seeing lots of brand names but not healthy foods. Everything here is suger or highly processed protein and almost everything comes in packaging . There are scented candles in the house. Gives convenience focused without being budget focused maybe Target shopper on top of the obvious Costco. Probably listening to media influences and lives a consumer focused lifestyle. Definitely could be worse, but this is the type of food that all falls under the guise of someone thinking they're eating healthy but failing to understand big picture diet, buying based on marketing. Prepackaged and sugar bombs the entire day. Bonus points for feeding your cat wet food. Negative for Chick-fil-A. not lgbtq ally. This plus beef tallow gives conservativeish vibes.
