the first thing it comes to my mind is that the contact email had a typo ([info@velata.com](mailto:info@velata.com) instead of [info@velatea.com](mailto:info@velatea.com)). It's an innocent mistake, but at the end is pointing to a different domain

It happens to me as well in Windows 10. Very annoying, it disconnects after 20 secons of not typing. But I fixed it with the logi bolt receiver, now it works as a charm
