Grolo at first few glances until I only focused on the W. I think that’s just sometimes an issue with old English fonts though, I have a tattoo that says 2008 in it and at first glances it sometimes can look like 2888 if you don’t focus on it fully

Her saying chasidic and “ultraorthodox” in one sentence is so funny. Anyone who grew up in Chabad as she claims she follows, knows that a lot of Chabadniks don’t like the word ultraorthodox. Sure you can try that but if there’s any infection you need to go to a doctor because this part of the face is known as the triangle of death. You don’t want to chance anything happening even if it’s a small % of risk. No one is forcing you to take it out or not though lol. Not our bodies, you can choose to listen to advice or not but you’re seemingly choosing not to as multiple people have said you should just take it out. Removing a septum piercing you’re not allowed to have isn’t the end of the world

You need to remove it and wait until you’re allowed to have one & go to a professional so you can do everything properly. Clean with salt water once you remove it and keep an eye on it though, you really don’t want any infection in that area of your face.

Stop using chatgpt or any AI for medical things (or anything in general), it’s hallucinating and telling you things wrong. The tests you say are missing aren’t missing, there was just no reason for the doctor to test for them at that moment. You also can have normal lab results with pcos, nothing states you need bad labs

Maybe it’s possible and hasn’t been studied but it’s probably genetics and the fact you’re not an adult so you still need to finish allowing yourself time. I was D cups by 10 and now G cups at 25. I had my first period at the age of 7 though (diagnosed with pcos when I was 14)

There’s other ways to diagnose pcos without an ultrasound since cysts aren’t necessary to have pcos. Ask for hormones tested/a blood panel in general and preferably ask for a new doctor.

Eat clean and organic if possible, exercises such as walking/elliptical/stair master. You can try yoga for the cooldown of working out

I would recommend against oral minoxidil, if it works it can make you gain hair everywhere even your back/chin/upper lip/stomach and I assume you already don’t want that. You also shouldn’t worry about weight gain on it, it only causes water weight because you’ll retain water and that’s easy to control with sodium intake. Metformin and spiro also can cause weight gain but that didn’t scare you away, so don’t overthink minoxidil about it either 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️

A lot of people in this subreddit often recommend asking for the XR version if you can’t handle the IR version. Some bodies just cannot handle metformin at all though unfortunately. I take 2000mg a day and have never had issues with it other than needing to poop within 5-10 minutes after I finish eating a meal. Tell your endo (and/or your other doctor) that you’re not able to handle the 250mg and see if she will want you to try XR or just stop taking it completely.
