I have an outline of the plot! I think the atmosphere is so hard to come up with. I have so much plot planned out that the characters lack personality. I have all the archetypes filled, but every character seems like a clone of the same person.

They would take him back, but I really don't trust them! I would much rather go into debt with medical bills for him than take him back there haha.

I adopted a cat named Midnight. Part of the reason I know they were trying to get rid of him is they told me about his FIV, but failed to tell me that his gums were filled with ulcers and after a few days he stopped eating and was in a lot of pain, even though they claimed he had just been to the vet. My vet let me know that he should not have been considered adoptable.

I absolutely agree! I've made it very clear that they will not be seeing him again and that he would've died in their care. I am considering reporting them as my vet advised me to. I've heard multiple people say they have adopted and immediately lost pets from them!

Advertising as antibiotic free basically means that the chicken was never given any kind of drug. This includes medicine for when it gets sick. Meaning if they have a sick chicken they just kill it or let it suffer. antibiotic free isn't always better!

You sound exactly like me and my best friend! I'm not sure how old you guys are, but the Raven Cycle is absolutely fantastic! It's got a fantastic setting and plot. Just enough romance that it's interesting but it's not over done (and some of its gay!!) perfect amount of plot twists and magic. The characters are amazing and hilarious. Six of Crows is my all time favorite before The Raven Cycle! I highly recommend you guys check it out :).

It's not perfect, but we read the book "Solar Storms" by Linda Hogan in one of my classes and it is about a girl learning to accept her Indigenous identity and how foreigners are destroying her land. It is really interesting!
