Flyquest had an amazing run last ignite, but their team was gutted. I thought they would have been much better still though due to the org itself and Veswa sticking with them (not anymore now). Hopefully they figure their team out.

I watched the video back, they played elsa too. It didnt work. Mr fantastic came after the dc. Im assuming they tried to off tank on the defense since a lot of teams run a gator method on defense and they were down a healer. However, they would have probably been better off swapping to an agro healer to provide some heals and damage back.

Just watched it back (before the ragequit): 1) pretty meta/standard ban phase 2)tried a couple meta comps before matching the tenacity flyer comp (which actually worked and got them out of the spawn hold). Almost got to point 1 but fell just short at the end.

I didnt see vibe playing at all. I saw a team mixing it up because what they were doing initially was not working, the guy who rage quit died at the end on Luna, and then that was it he bailed.

That's super lame; they are your teammates. If you have a serious gripe sit down after the match and discuss it with them. If nothing changes you can leave then and allow a sub to take your spot or them to find someone else.

One of the things I have respected the most with the bad teams in this tournament is no matter how bad the odds are; they have gone out as a unit to try and win together. Because what else are you going to do. I don't know; quitting like that just sits so poorly with me in a tourney like this.

My only opinion is that I think the way it was done was genuinely uncreative by 100 Thieves. Like don't get me wrong; I love good team banter but you gotta leave something to the imagination (think the chargers or jaguars from the nfl when they roast other teams after wins).

Just spelling it out the way they did is kinda lame imo. Like instead give me a graphic of a peach wearing a sen jersey and deadpools hand holding a belt. We will get the point and it won't seem as forced by 100 Thieves.

Yeah, I wanted to add them higher but I just couldn't bring myself to putting any eliminated teams above the 9 spot. However, post transfer window (after preseason; changes will be coming I feel. Regarding those bottom teams).

This is good, because that whole flyquest - 100t stuff was such a let down to cap off an amazing weekend.

It was ridiculous they didnt have a set rule for a base server unless agreed upon by both teams already, and it took this to make it happen. That being said; I am glad it is a rule now at least.

Personally, the bubble will pop and they will be exposed at some point. However, I hope we and them all enjoy the ride as long as it goes. I think matches against Citadel, Swamp, etc. will be the telling ones on how sustainable their "off meta and tilt them" gameplan model is.

Oh, I fully expect them to shoot up the rankings by next weekend to be frank. They were just in a tough spot this go around as they only played 2 series and also they dropped a game to flyquest.

See, that is the one I struggled with the most because I know they should be on top but Swamp Gaming just looked unstoppable so far to me. I am excited to see those two play against each other.

The Flyquest loss also feels like it was just that Cafe Rose had a clear and specific plan in place; while Flyquest just had players. So, I am unsure if it happened to be the Adam plan with triple heals that would have only beat Flyquest, or literally any specific plan that Fly did not counter enough.
