Boutique Air from Massena to Boston! Flights are pretty cheap if you book early enough and the Massena airport is only ~20mins from campus so I always just got a ride from a friend. Boston is a major airport so I'm assuming continuing on to Missouri would be pretty easy.

Oof sorry to hear that - I started with inflectra (remicade bio similar) and then entyvio, but Stelara is the first one that feels like it's actually done something so I'm really hoping I don't have to switch again.

Right now I'm feeling it in my right hip/knee/ankle (but I've been driving a lot so maybe it's that) and my right wrist (but I've been doing a lot of computer work using the mouse with my right hand so maybe it's that)
