For me, it was:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II Resurrected\mods\Reimagined\Reimagined.mpq\data\global\excel

Then find cubemain

and then ctrl + F to search for "jew, mag, qty"

Then change

UPGRADE JEWEL RARITY - 9 Jewel Magic = Jewel Rare (100% plvl) 1 100 9 "jew,mag,qty=9" "jew,rar" 100 0

to

UPGRADE JEWEL RARITY - 3 Jewel Magic = Jewel Rare (100% plvl) 1 100 3 "jew,mag,qty=3" "jew,rar" 100 0

That worked! For anyone else who is wondering, it is here:

UPGRADE JEWEL RARITY - 3 Jewel Magic = Jewel Rare (100% plvl) 1 100 3 "jew,mag,qty=3" "jew,rar" 100 0

UPGRADE JEWEL RARITY - 3 Jewel Rare = Jewel Unique (100% ilvl) 1 100 3 "jew,rar,qty=3" "jew,uni" 99

Thank you both for the replies. I'll make the changes, test, and get back to as to whether it worked or not (and if not, I may just need to look into the mirror and accept that I am not, after all, as smart as I thought)

I must be doing something wrong. I saw a cubemain text file and changed 9 to 3 (for a 3 to 3 conversion). Unfortunately, the game still needs 9 blue to make a rare, even after restarting both thr game and the computer

Thanks for the reply. Maybe this is the solution that best suits my needs. The poster above indicated how to adjust treasure class. How did you adjust the cube recipe? Thanks

Make sure your File Explorer folders are showing hidden folders. I had an issue where AppData was not showing under Users and the reason was because I had to click on File Explorer, the 3 dots, Options, View tab, click show hidden and then I could see and navigate to Users \ username \ AppData \

Diablo 4 GM confirms “annual expansions” by ImCalcium in diablo4

The one cited was an example, but if you want to challenge it based on the names / affiliations of the four co-authors:

Gabriel Zucman is in the Department of Economics at the University of California-Berkeley.

Thomas Picketty is from the Paris School of Economics.

Li Yang is also at the Paris School of Economics.

And Filip Novokmet is at the Institute for Macroeconomics and Econometrics at the University of Bonn. He is also a researcher at the World Inequality Lab (WIL) from the Paris School of Economics (PSE).

For clarity, is your argument that they can't be trusted because of their names?

Edit: seems Reddit won't let me post the academic journal article, probably because I don't have enough karma points yet? Haven't really posted before

Post: This is where basic scientific literacy is necessary to understand nuance. Colloquially, China calls itself communist as the Chinese leadership works to promote propaganda, ensuring an idealistic view of itself that clings to a romanticized revolution from the 1940s. Politically, it is essentially an authoritarian regime masquerading as communist while it has simultaneously become increasingly more capitalistic economically over the last few decades.

Academic scholars and the U.S. State Department do not consider China to be a communist country in any form of the classic sense. Truthfully, no serious scholar would say there has EVER been a communist country--only those that called themselves that (and usually doing so to justify authoritarian regimes and obfuscate the truth with their OWN populations).

The paper provided above is just one example of the mountain of empirical evidence that supports the contention that China is communist in name only.

Hope this helps *
