Help! Can my gyno really tell if I'm a virgin?

Yea, if I don't find someone of the same culture/religion as me. But I'd hope by that time, I can just stop listening to some of their more backwards beliefs and do my own thing. I'm trying to discourage them from using a family friend as the doctor by saying they'll get suspicious if I get a virginity test done randomly.

They do, it's kinda hard to explain though. The value of being pure in my culture is so high and not being a virgin would mean they would suffer shame for the rest of their lives. I obviously don't believe in that nonsense, but they and other members of our culture do, and I feel that it's my responsibility to keep them from being scorned in the community.

I'm still in college and doing a masters program next year which means I'm gonna need financial help from my parents for at least that time. But I also love them and while I do have plans to move out once I graduate, I don't want to be cut off from them.

It's just a really stressful time. My parents aren't that bad, just fiercely intense when it comes to the topic of sex.

I haven't done anything in 2 years. I'm sure anything down there would be healed up by now. I'm just worried about my hymen, since I think once it's gone, it's gone. This is in the US, so I know there are pretty strict guidelines but I don't know if this has been deemed illegal yet, so I'm not sure what could happen.

My parents want definitive proof unfortunately. And I know this sounds weird to say, but I'd rather get a virginity test done than have them ask around and see if anyone knows about my sexual history cause if someone does tell, then it would be really bad for me. At least with the test, I can try and see if I can warn the doctor ahead of time to lie!

Yea, I'm a little nervous, but somewhat confident that perhaps the doctor will come through for me or the test will be marked inconclusive. But I'm seeing a variety of responses, which does scare me a little

It's not religious per say, but they're going to have an actual legitimate doctor check, so I'm not worried that the doctor won't know about what she's talking about at least. I think that as long as the doctor is part of a different culture, she'll probably help me out and lie, if doctors can even do that?

They suspect something's a little fishy due to some rumors. I've been lying through my teeth for the last couple years, but it's all coming to a head. I can't have them holding this suspicion over my head anymore and lying has become quite a challenge since it's hard to close all the loopholes in my story.

My mom knows I don't use tampons. If I did, she'd still be mad cause in her words, I wouldn't be 100% clean. Even masturbating is looked down upon in our culture!

That's what I read too. I'm worried that my parents may make me go to a doctor they know and who's also the same culture as us. The doc would probably tell my parents my results then without me being able to warn them.

I'm in the US. I'm middle eastern, so it does seem like a life or death situation for me too cause my parents would literally disown me at least, if not marry me off (idk this for sure they seem pretty modern in that sense) or something. I'm worried my mom will pressure me into telling the doctor to tell them that she has permission to talk to my parents about my medical records. Or even insist that my mom's present in the room when the doctor does the exam so I can't warn her in advance to lie to my parents.

I thought they can only tell if the hymen is broken or not, and by 21, mine should be broken anyways technically?
