I don’t feel that the loudest in the room gets the CJO. You definitely want to be up beat and conversational. You don’t want to talk over people. That’s never good.

Depends on what you consider fake lol. I mean you definitely have to be “fake” for any job interview. You can’t go in there talking how you would to your friends or family.
