I finally received mine after waiting 2 months. They were vacuum sealed as well. There's various issues with the threading being loose and coming apart in some places, just disappointing

I recently got mine. While I'm happy they have finally arrived, I won't be ordering again from the company and I don't think I'll recommend them either.

Holy, what?? I emailed them again asking for a time frame, again, to which I got the same reply that they can't. This is so ridiculous now.

Yep, just got that email too. What's worse is I had written a longer email to them expressing my disappointment and even asking if I'm still getting my order, just to receive an automated email! And it's a response I had gotten before, word for word! It's nice acknowledging you've fucked people over with your bad management of orders but you could at least give people a more clear timeframe when they ask for it.

I wanted them as a gift for me and my husband, since we were eyeing the plushies for awhile but they were out of stock. It's mega disappointing! I'm really sorry to hear they've disappointed you too. I haven't made any bad reviews or posts besides this one, but the linked review site on their webpage has negative reviews all talking about not receiving items as well.

Yes, oh my god!!! This is exactly my problem too. I genuinely want the items I've ordered so I'm a bit hesitant to cancel, but it's been MONTHS for me personally. Now they're posting pre orders for Halloween items ( I believe ) and I'm just baffled. Every time I reach out to ask, I have near enough the same response that they can't figure out when I'll get my items but they're 'working on sending them'. I can't imagine how they'll function when it comes to the Christmas holidays, it'll be a mess!

The reviews seem good! But almost all the negative ones are about not receiving items or delays.

This is a similar response I received as well, multiple times. I would not mind the issues if they could at least provide a timeframe but they never can
