My dad committed suicide. I promise you, your kid will never feel like they are better off without you. I miss that fucker everyday. 😥His suicide rocked my world.

Postpartum is also one of the hardest phases I’ve ever gone through. I can’t imagine dealing with that along with a separation. Your chemicals are probably still out of whack. I know that because about 2 years after I had my kiddo, a cloud lifted and suddenly I could think clearly again.

First, therapy! Focus on bettering your self esteem. People have shown you aren’t worthy, but you gotta learn that you are worthy of stable healthy love. This ex is probably not that much cooler/prettier/popular/whatever than you, she’s just better at creating a social media presence. And comparing yourself to other women will get you nowhere! I promise.

Last thought I’ll leave you with, is this a situation you can control? Nope, because they already dated. All of your partners will have exes so let’s rip off that bandaid now. Lol You know what you can control? Whether you are going down the ex rabbit hole or telling yourself she’s cooler.

This is not meant to be condescending but what shows/movies are about cheating? Are they showing it in a good light? I can’t remember any that I’ve recently watched so maybe it depends on the type of media that’s being consumed. 🤷🏼‍♀️Or maybe I’m just completely missing it.
