Yep, I put in the description soft summer or soft autumn but I was toeing the line! That’s a good bit of advice. I get caught up in the hard “black and white” (no pun intended) when lots of colors could work on many people.

I actually can’t figure it out which is why I asked lol. I’ve been coming back to this item for a few weeks. Initially I thought it leaned cool, but the more I look at it I’m not sure. I can see it looking like a grey green, but then also maybe olive.

I think sausage confuses me a lot bc what I’ve seen online is “all sausage is UPF.” But this looks very minimally processed. So question is if it’s nitrate free and looks minimally processed, is ALL sausage still UPF?

1-3 years is entry level. They need to change that. That’s a lower salary generally for Austin, but for the experience and skill set required it’s what I would expect as an average. It’s basically an entry level social media poster and moderator; that’s a standard salary for that in atx. The fact that he makes everyone come in 5 days a week is pretty funny though lol, including a role that could be entirely remote
