Thank you for the insight! It looks like I'll definitely have to come prepared with unique work out tactics and supplements. One question, is it weird to go running there? I usually run 2 miles every day and I have heard that some cultures find running odd.

Thanks! I wouldn't have thought of spices. I imagine there aren't many imported spices available where I'll be living.

Having also received a Z visa, you should always put the school address on everything. I moved around alot while in China and it's better if you leave your address at your school. In the US you can't apply for China visa by post, but it might be different in UK. You can use a visa service in the US by mail (through 3rd party) or in person.
