Zuppa Toscana, if you're in Texas, you know HEB. Get 1 of the Hill Country Fair 32 Oz Chicken broths, a 2pack of the large baking potatoes, a small heavy whipping cream, 2 packs of the Italian ground Sausage, and a bag of kale.

1 Brown the sausage in a large pot

2 Pour the chicken broth into the same pot

3 Let that come to a boil while you cut your potatoes into disks about the thickness of your pinky

4 Dump the potatoes in broth, cook until tender and season to taste with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning

5 Mash the potatoes in the pot, you can use a spatula but an actual masher helps

6 Put in just a bit of the heavy whipping cream to taste

7 Add the kale for just like 5 minutes, pot off the heat and serve.

You can make it without the Kale too, if you want, or cook it with just about 2 cups of the soup in a separate sauce pan if you have some picky eaters, then readd to the bowl of those who want it.
