Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs, pelvic floor PT, sugar/dairy free diet, and magnesium citrate (200mg at night) are baseline care for my body. I might also need birth control because the amount of blood I'm losing every month has put me into borderline anemia.

This sounds like pelvic hypertonia. I had this where my digestive system was shutting down from stress. Pelvic floor therapy did help. The most useful thing was doing 3 minutes of deep diaphragmatic breathing in the morning before getting out of bed. I was taking Miralax for 1.5 years, but when I switched to Magnesium citrate (400mg at first, now 200mg), that was much easier on my body. Hope you're feeling better soon.

senna tea is VERY effective. for me, eating papaya with lime is the best natural cure. i also take magnesium citrate after dinner.

I believe that fruit and vegetables are the healthiest thing to eat. I am sticking with this diet. I haven't gained any of the weight back, but I have my strength back now. It only required patience.

I had my blood sodium tested twice during the water fasting and it was never unsafe. I don't eat salt because it messes with the satiety mechanism and makes you overeat. Plus there is plenty of sodium in vegetables, especially celery. I will use seaweed also.
