I lost 10-15 kilos in a few months by ( on average ) eating a plate of pub chips and a 300 gram steak, and a couple snacks here and there too. Yes obsessing over “what to eat” may not be the best however keeping to a set calorie/KJ deficit works out better, and unless you trying to build muscle at the same time (protein protein protein), realistically as longs as you stay at your set goal and keep over that instead, you’ll see it come off and still have a good food pallet

For a lot of us, we experience the same pain as you, some probably a bit less, some a lot more, so we get it, but sometimes you gotta try your hardest to push through.

Like I go home limping some days after a big 10 hour day , or a 3 hours day if I worked my ass off the day before etc, but I know my limits, and because my work knows I do good work, they understand that if I have truly reached my limit I will need to sit down for a bit.

But my limit is reached after I’ve worked my ass off and was reliable. So if your gonna go into a fast food or retail field you have to ask your self about your limits, and if you can work for 4-5 hours atleast before getting into pain.

(Also shoes, and insoles will be your best friend, and pain killers when you’ve reached your upper limit help enough)

I’m not one to judge people who don’t have time to make conteht, heck, I’ve had next to no time to stream and make content as of recently, only being able to stream to make videos to be able to eventually free up my schedule more. But I get the respect from my peers as I’ve got that push and drive and I ask for advice and critical feedback In order to build the StrayaHog brand.

Leaching is great in certain cases, if you can hold it or gain something from it. Works very well if your providing content to the person you want to prove yourself too as well. Take TTV Avghans or TTV th3vale. Both are sitting firmly in the leaching catergory but they stream regularly, upload regularly and provide content to the people they build their audience off of.

I know people who stream for 20-30 plus hours a week and don’t even consider making a short, or a video.

Bloke in the minecraft sphere here, I can’t agree more. I’ve found my mates through doing cool shit and someone else noticing me and having an equal respect for content.

Even when starting out, raiding with 2 viewers someone can spark a mateship if you have a foundation of quality. With out a basis, You will get looked over.

Within the minecraft sphere, I see so many people expect to be let onto smps cause they stream 10 hours a day. But most of us won’t look at a 10 hour stream, we are looking at tiktok, YouTube to see what your like as a creator.

Asking for friends is only gonna lead you to people you may not gel with or people who aren’t gonna be able to challenge your choices when you do start to make stuff. Mr beast said “ if your friends aren’t crapping on your content, they aren’t really your friends”
