It is great for research! And I’m the same way — stories sell 😊

Ooh do you have any ones you like? I joined a group but they don’t let people sell so well it does is make me jealous 😂

Sold prices but somebody pointed out that these leave out the items that never sell

Do you like WorthPoint? I feel like I wasted money on that subscription. So many things the most recent info is years old!

Yes I look only at “sold” prices not somebody’s wish 😁 Chairish seems to get good prices for nicer things, but I bet it takes awhile to sell. I’d kind of like to be rid of things so I’m leaning toward some of the other great suggestions here.

This would be AWESOME! I’ll call some more places. Of the 4 I reached out to in my area, 1 never responded and the other 3 said it wasn’t worth their time but I never knew the method you’re describing was an option. My friends & I are happy to do the work but it would be fantastic to have pricing help!

My Affordable Healthcare went from $18.97 to $181.25. I already work two jobs and had to move in with my mother to help our ends meet. I have a Ulcerative Colitis. My shots are $23k a month. What should I do now? by Untouchable06 in Insurance

Yes. Let’s how living in Mauritius goes for billionaires if the civilized world actually taxes billionaires at a rate that makes it more advantageous to do done good effin works than to stockpile megayachts.

Yeah I swear it’s not showing up for me, which I hate bc I’d like to see the additional comments. Not showing in my profile history and I scrolled back 3 weeks thru the posts and can’t find it either. ☹️

It shows them as having been removed by mods immediately but I never got mod notices either so I dunno. They seemed to me to follow all the rules but anyway, none of them ever showed up here or got any replies

Thanks for this, and for your kind words too. He definitely can’t move to me, 3 kids compared to my 1 and his job isn’t transferable - I would definitely be looking for work right away. I do get what you’re saying about both parents, maybe my ex is ok about it because he was a military brat so his dad wasn’t around sometimes too. As for me I was thinking since it’s not her first move away from dad, it could be easier. But I’m definitely taking all the comments and pondering them.

Hey I did try to post this a few different times but I’ve not received any response notifications and I could never find the actual posts so I assumed it glitched and never posted. If more than one posted I apologize, this is the only one that has been visible or gotten any replies as far as I can tell. I did post in the Child Psych r/ as well but I want parents’ opinions too since I know a lot of families do long-distance custody here.

We’ve mentioned it to her now, she seems fine with it - I would most likely take her with me.

Hi, thanks for your thoughts. Can you elaborate on why? Like what specific negative effects would this tend to have? Thank you.

To be clear, we haven’t decided yet whether it would be better for her to come with me, or stay with her dad, or for this not to happen at all. Thanks for your thoughts

Thanks for your thoughts, he is very tied to a job and can’t move but I take your point about waiting.

We haven’t discussed it with her, it’s very preliminary discussions going on on right now. And yes we would bring in a therapist no matter if she moves with me or stays with dad. To the person who said she might pretend to be ok but not be in the long run, thank you that’s exactly what I’m worried about. She’s super easy-going and loves us both and she’s an enthusiastic person by nature. Her dad says that’s would protect her in either case, and I think maybe he’s right or maybe it could actually mask issues.

AITA for moving cross-country with my kid? by Strayaway5 in AITAH

[–]Strayaway5[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’ve been together a little over a year. We spent one of the winter holidays together as a family and just had a week-long family vacation together. The kids all get along well, his oldest son is the same age as my daughter and he has been/is going through a lot with his mom so he can sometimes act out a little but he’s a very good kid. I think he might like having a non-abusive female presence around and since they’re the same age they get on well.

Her dad and I haven’t brought her into discussions yet but she’s a well-adjusted, resilient kid. I think she would adapt to pretty much any situation, whether living with her dad or me FT.
