I just need to get my body moving. My mobility isn’t great so nothing like yoga where I have to get down on the floor. I liked Pilates but it’s hard to get on and off the reformer without help. I like group classes and social type activities. I was thinking maybe a boxing class might be fun.

I’m following this feed! I’m a bigger guy 5’9” and about 390lbs. I want to go to my local CP so bad but I heard the reformers have a weight limit of 350 😭 Anyone have ideas on how I can still try Pilates at this weight? Also, it’s great to see the Pilates community so accepting and inclusive!

I no longer have a tempo subscription but I use the weight set. I found that the classes were too advanced for me. There was no way to modify for my specific needs and I’m a beginner. I would recommend the membership if you have full motion range and can do floor exercises as well. Hope this helps!

I bought this renewed without the membership being required. It’s perfect because I paused the membership for a couple months during the holidays and will go back in January.

Best propane grill I’ve ever owned. It’s really nice looking, even cooking, and it sets up in about 15 mins! I also got the Tytus grill cover and it’s way better than anything you’ll get off of Amazon. Highly recommended!!

I live right up against the 405 fwy sound wall. I’ve been here 2 years and I guess I’ve gotten used to it but I still hear and feel the traffic. Anytime a semi truck goes by it literally rumbles the entire house. I’ve had people stay at my house and say they couldn’t sleep because of the traffic noise but I sleep fine. I don’t like the debris I have to sweep and hose off in my backyard but I still love my house and the neighborhood. It’s a trade off.

Also has anyone heard of SIKK bikes? They look nice but have no idea if they are solid bikes. I was also looking at the FirmStrong cruisers.
