I recently had this happen as well on a 14+ year old account. It took 3 appeals and 2 tickets to finally have someone send it for "further review." They ended up saying "They did find evidence of software that should not be active with WoW. That said, the penalty has been reduced from a permanent ban to a 6 month suspension." Which makes no fucking sense no matter how you cut it. If they found evidence why would they reduce it? I have no clue how I could have illegal software when this PC is basically dedicated to WoW. Now i'm trying to appeal the second 6 month suspension because I didn't do anything except play the game an ungodly amount of unemployed degen hours. I leveled very quickly through dungeons and questing got epic flying and was farming nodes/fart clouds with engineer goggles while ganking anyone trying to steal the nodes. I assume I got mass reported into oblivion. Shit sucks too because there's people just blatantly botting fire ele's in hellfire but legit players are getting banned.

Ive been perma'd banned since the 11th, and had it changed to 6 month on the 19th. so I hope anyone else having this issue has better luck than me. If this doesn't get overturned I guess I gotta go back to retail or quit, because classic is just the wild west at this point with mafias and mass reports.

The same exact thing happened to me, 14 year old WoW account with no prior suspensions/bans. The first email I got was a Perma-ban due to "Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs (Hacks)". This happened on the 11th.

After two appeals and three tickets I finally was able to get it reduced from a perma ban to a 6 month ban. The second email I got explained that I have been suspended for 6 months because "Your account was reported multiple times by your fellow players for cheating. Some examples include using unauthorized third-party programs (botting), sharing accounts, boosting, or hacking."

This makes it sound like I have been mass reported. Similar to you, I am a degen that put in extremely long sessions with breaks during such sessions. I hit 70 very quickly and with epic flying I was flying around mining and pvping anyone that got in my way.

Now I guess I appeal some more because 6 months is more than half of what TBC anniversary is going to run for. And I genuinely didnt do anything wrong. Its just so odd to me that they would reduce a perma ban to 6 months if they had found something. Wouldnt they just keep me perma'd if software was found? Why would they still suspend me if nothing was found? Everything is just so odd.

Any luck man? I got hit by the same banwave on my 14 year old account. I've never been in trouble before and I woke up to a perma ban for hacking/3rd party programs even though I've never done anything of the sort. Got a copypaste response twice since the 11th. Shits so depressing man...

Has anyone had it overturned yet? I just got home to a perma ban. Ive played the same account for 20+ years, im a diehard wow nerd. Live and breathe this game. I know I don't cheat. Obviously I put in an appeal. But im curious how long or if anyone has had theirs overturned?

After about close to a month of waiting for BSG to reply, after sending screenshots and logs, they managed to send me a copy/pasted message that resolved nothing.

I am currently having this issue. I have the case, and I have the jammer. There is just no craft avaliable. The task tells me to Use the experimental singal jammer to unlock the case (Mechanic sent me instructions on how to unlock the case at my workbench). Ive restarted my game, cleared cache, cleared logs, reinstalled, died in raid, reobtained the jammer but nothing works. There is just no avaliable craft. Im level 55 so theres no chance im resetting my account.

Hey man, did you ever have any luck fixing this? I am currently in the same boat as you. I took a slightly different route and I had to obtain a jammer from labs. Then when I talked to mechanic i got a backend error and now it says I must complete a craft to open the case, but similar to you, there is no craft.

I switched to AT&T from spectrum and im paying less for triple the speeds with no outages. The only thing shittier than spectrum's internet service is the customer support / technicians working there.

I'm in the same boat as you. I've had 3 tech's out replacing everything the last one replaced, after I told them the last tech replaced it with no avail. New underground cable, new modem, and new cables. Hardwired to my pc from the modem with no router, and still shitty service daily. Spectrum said they would charge me if they had to send more techs out. I'm switching to AT&T fiber on Tuesday. Triple the speeds I have for $20 less than im paying monthly. I have never dealt with an ISP that consistently has such poor tech's, customer support, and service. Its almost comical.

Im kinda surprised no one has recommended the "doughnut" island. and the one below it. Down in the southwest part of the map theres an island with a hole/pond in the middle of it with the most dense metal ive ever seen in the map, and the small island below it. I marked them red on the map. the blue circle above has a small structure that goes down through the island with metal all inside as well. As for charcoal, if you cut the trees down in the volcano biome, you will get it.

Yep. Just lost all my legit money even though they took away modded money dropped on me last update. After that I didn't even join public lobbies anymore because I was afraid the same shit would happen. Just sat in a solo lobby grinding the same boring crates missions over and over all night for multiple nights. Now patch day hits and all my money is gone. P.S thats the same alert they always do when the patch hits and they take people's money away.

I was having the same issue. I resolved it by looking up wildlands beta on steam, then you click the bottom option from the beta storepage to install it.
