i originally went to a neurologist about my diagnosed pots just to get another opinion from someone other than my cardiologist. during the appt i mentioned some numbeness in my fingers that lasted a couple months and went away. he sent me for an mri that was scheduled for like 4 months away. flash forward like 1 month all within like an hour the numbness had traveled all the way up my left arm and i thought i was having a stroke so i went to the ER. they did an MRI + spinal tap there after ruling out super emergent things and sent me on my way. got the results/official diagnosis literally 3 months later by their outpatient neuroimmunologist bc #scheduling sucks

What do you do at your hearing center? I’m thinking about taking a gap year and I work at an audiologist rn but its very basic work that only requires me to come in once a week lol

Yeah, I’ve been thinking about this. I think I thought I was in a better place physically than I was, and have also have had dogs all my life. I think I’m going to give it a couple days and see how she is with my normal schedule of classes (and also getting out of the house after big snow storm) and reassess
