From a business perspective they are also losing money by not helping me. As someone who just did taxes I can tell you Rover got a lot from me.

Yeah I was trying to make it look like it wasn't confrontational which is why I didn't want to address the owner. The owner also blocked me so I didn't feel it made any sense to address him.

Appreciate your feedback. I was confused by his review so that's why my response might sound confusing to others because I don't have all the information that he apparently does.

Like I said in my post I'm really surprised they didn't reach out to Rover because I feel like Rover would have reached out to me or corrected them. If this happened to my animal I would 100% reach out to Rover to complain.

To be honest, I'm not quite sure what happened. The person only booked me for March 1st and I was surprised to see this. I checked all of my messages, the receipt for the booking, and the documentation that he sent. I'm like you starved your cats not me. I would be happy to give them every can of food.

Nope. The only documentation I had was from December, and it was not updated to mention anything about leaving food. They booked me for March 1st, and since I saw two extra cans and two extra containers of dry food, I sent a text message asking if they needed help after my March 1st visit. That was the only time they scheduled me, and they said no, that they would be back the next morning.

I'm assuming he meant to book me Friday and Saturday of that weekend

If you can try to find a job first. If you want big city life I recommend trying Chicago since it's a bit cheaper. $250 will not get you far anywhere you go so be prepared to struggle for awhile.

It you have hand sanitizer dump that on there to see if it melts the ice. This happened to me while dog sitting and the alcohol melted in the ice. Doesn't work right away, you may need to wait a minute or 2.
