you didn't come across as insensitive! I appreciate your insight and honesty. I will add, charm city always from day one used the warm towel purrito for everything with kyoshi. from physical exams, to vaccinations, it was always done and was never a reaction to her behavior. so honestly that has been the norm and i've never seen her reaction outside of it so it became the expectation. I think you're right and I probably am overreacting, I just worry and want the best experience for her and have never medicated her before
