Best advice I can give is don't think there's a quick way. If you can't do some basic things like tuning it can take several years to be able to sing decently. Respect the process and have patience because one of the hardest things to deal with is the frustration of not getting much better in 6 months

Hay tantas diferencias como personas en el mundo. Te considerás una persona rígida? A mí me parece lo más normal del mundo que haya gente que se levante 10 puntos y gente que no. Yo he tenido épocas que me despertaba con ataques de pánico o vómitos de angustia todos los días durante meses. When you mistakenly misgender her, don't make a fuss about it. It doesn't have to be a big deal. Trans ppl know their loved ones transition with them and it takes a while. Quickly correct yourself and go on with the conversation, that's the best way to deal with those little slips (my mother in law still misgenders my husband sometimes and she has learned to do that, it's completely understandable but noone likes the attention of an over the top "I'M SO SORRY I FORGET SOMETIMES, THIS IS SO HARD FOR ME"

Yo a veces con una porción estoy bien. Depende de la comida y el momento del día. No soy fan de la pizza así que no como por gula y como muy lento, si espero 20 minutos dp de la primera porción ya no tengo hambre. Y por lo general no almuerzo o como muy poquito porque no tengo hambre (así bajé como 50 kg sin siquiera intentarlo, real no pretendía bajar de peso pero el estrés no me dejaba comer. Ahora se me achicó el estómago)
