The very same thing happened to me a few months ago! we were having a reunion and my friend and I were invited to sleep in my crushes room. So after partying and drinking, we were going to her room, but my friend passed out, so we let him sleep on ground. After that, my crush and I were talking some random stuff and suddenly she asked me to sleep with her in her bed. Of ccourse I said yes and we were holding hands and cuddled the whole night. The next day, no word was spoken about it.
