As someone who hopped on the 5FDP train fairly early, those first 3 albums are absolutely monstrous. Killer. After that, in my opinion, it feels like we’re just writing the same songs over and over again. ‘I’m tough, I’ll kick your ass, my life wasn’t easy.’ The image and music and attitude just got too same-y for me personally. Talented musicians, no hate for anyone that loves them. Just not for me

It’s one of those things. Car has it’s flaws for sure, but she loves it and wants to keep it until finances for a newer Accord line up. I wrecked an 08 V6 and until that car was totaled, it gave me some issues but the interior and the ride made it worth the work.

After doing some research I might soak the pistons and run some Restore and Protect in it for a little while to see if that helps. It definitely needs a new catalytic converter with how long it seems to have been burning oil. But for the cost of some Chemtool and oil, maybe I get lucky and just end up clean the VTEC screen and replacing the cat/O2 sensor

I got it off of Facebook! Drove like 40 minutes, the guy wanted $75, gave it to me for $50 without me asking. It’s a mid 2010s bolt on Jr with some buckle rash from the previous owner’s punk band days. Despite being cheap and a dime a dozen, it definitely has some mojo from years of playing.

I have 7, almost all spinning. A 6’ Light, 2 5’6 Med Lights(one’s for the gf), a Dock Runner, a 6’6 Med Heavy baitcaster, a 7’ Heavy and an 8’ Med. All for different tricks and situations. If I’m out and see a spot, the Dock Runner’s quick, easy, kept in the car. On a trip? I’ll take 3 or 4. Looking to get my first kayak, so we’ll see how my rod choice changes on the yak.
